  Don't try to call. Apparently it's standard practice to take the phone off the hook, so when you call it's constantly busy. I'VE attempted to call while standing in the post office staring at the phone. It did not ring but was showing busy on my end. Mail to my address has been lost, returned to sender, and confused for my neighbors. I've received letters and court documents for my neighbors with private and confidential information in it, checks, payroll statements, bank statements, and bills clearly marked for house numbers and streets no where near my address. I could understand mistaking a few numbers or even the spelling of a street name or two. I've received letters with rubber bands around them for 5 different addresses, at the same time. I I have to continue to be the good neighbor and bring the others their mail, doing the postal workers job, I want his/her check as well.

  Don't understand why the Zebulon NCo Post Office is not open Saturdays. Opens and closes during work hours so you can never pick up mail that's too big to place In P.O. Box or mail that requires signature. its Friday August 18,2017 and now I have to wait until Monday August 21, 2017. Not only do I have to wait for important package, i have to find someone to be all in my business and pick up package for me!
